Return/Exchange Policies

There are strictly NO returns/refunds. 

An exchange will only be entertained if the item(s) sent is incorrect or defective (Every item goes through stringent checks to ensure that it is in good condition before it is sent out)

All exchanges have to be done within 14 days after delivery of parcel.

** The Polka Dot Crew does not take responsibility in cases of colour differences due to photo-taking or monitor settings, or within 1-2 inches difference in measurement. We do not take responsibility for any damage caused after washing or ordered items that do not fit.

How to exchange the defective item:
1) Take a picture of the defective item. (Please point out the defective part)
2) Send an email to thepolkadotcrew@gmail.com with following details:
    a) Product code of the defective item
    b) Attached photo of defective part
    c) Brief description of the defective part

How to exchange the incorrect item:
1) Send an email to thepolkadotcrew@gmail.com with following detail:
    a) Description, colour of the incorrect item.

The Polka Dot Crew only accepts return on items that are unused and which are in their original packaging and tag. Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If the item is no longer available, you may exchange it for other items of the same or higher value.

For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference. 

For items accepted for exchange, customers shall bear the full responsibility in ensuring the items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. Postage for exchanges should be provided by the customer. 

The Polka Dot Crew will not be liable for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
